How We Ship and Stock our Products

We are a transparent organisation, so we want to share how we ship and stock our product.  We stock a wide range of different products within our store. Not all products can be shipped from our UK warehouse. Due to this we have global partners around the world who support with the delivery of these products from different warehouse around the globe. This ensures faster shipping and service. This does not impact anything to do with the quality of our products.

To be affordable and offer fast shipping our main UK warehouse may not be in possesion of the item you have ordered, we will speak with our partners who’s warehouses who may hold stock of these items and arrange delivery accordingly once you have placed your order. The timing of deliveries does vary but we aim to deliver all items globally within a maximum period of 20 days. We can confirm most UK deliveries are done within 7 days and USA within 15 days. The delivery of the item will be done to the specified address when placing your order. We provide worldwide tracking information for your purchase to allow you to understand the exact delivery date. If there are delay we will contact you accordingly.

Additional Information, any products that are dispatched via partners and their warehouses will also have tracking information. If there is any issues with the delivery of the products we shall ensure that a full refund is issued immediately to your bank account. All prices on our site are fixed but can be discounted using discount codes, that can be found on our website that can change the price of the commodity/product.
